If you use the Intermetrics provided (free) Ada95 binding you can just use
all the standard O'Reilly books on the X/Motif libraries and programming.
The major reason for this is that the binding is a "thin binding". But,
IMO, this is really a blessing for a host of reasons (one of which being
you can just use "standard" documentation).
