is there a document which describe some programmations rules for ada
such as for example :
"global variable should bebome with glob_"
or things like that

Google for "Ada style guide", if style is what you want to know. As for
programming techniques, well, that cannot be summarized in one document.

Global variables should not be. (:-)) BTW, Ada does not have them in the
sense C does.
