I received a yellow postcard from ACM SIGAda that says
that the latest MIL-STD-498(SDD) can be obtained from
Business Images, 703 255-2667 POC Ms Hope Barwig.
It also says "this amy be the last draft version of
this document..." "If DOD decides not to publish
this standard, either EIA or IEEE may publish
a commercialized version"
