  There is no "the" socket implementation in Ada, there are several.
I presume you've looked for "socket" on www.adapower.com
There's also Claw.sockets, whose implementation you can see by downloading
the Claw source, and a search for "web" on adapower leads to my Finder
(a link tracer) and Smplsrvr (a simple web server).
  Streams are a rather general and powerful tool, which can be used in
many ways, but with significant work.
