Part of the logic for that was that we weren't dealing with a full safe
iterator, but rather with something that represents a certian location within a
certian associated list. Thus "iterator" was a bit misleading for some. Now it
isn't.

It basicly moves list items from one list to another without copying them.
Insert does roughly the same thing, but makes copies rather than moving the
actual elements from one list to another.

I picked the name because that is what the STL named the same routine, and it
seemed like a good enough name to me.
