Looking for a free GUI builder to use with jgnat for home use/learning. I found
Rapid, but it requires Tcl/Tk. They talk about targeting jgnat, but say Tcl/Tk
is required. Is this good? Is there something better?

If you want to make use of the Java class libraries you should have a basic
understanding of the Java language.
