The compiler vendor has to validate using a combination of a compiler
and a run-time system. You shouldn't need to select your own
RTOS, and you probably can't expect a given Ada compiler to integrate
direclty with an arbitrary RTOS. Instead, you should select which
validated compiler/RTOS combination meets your needs, by surveying the
Ada 95 compiler vendors who support the RT annex
(alphabetically: ACT, Aonix, Concurrent, DDC-I, Green Hills, ICS, OCS,
Rational, RR, TLD, ...).
