Postscript didn't exist then. To quote from the inside cover of the
original 1983 RM:

"This reference manual was prepared with a formatter specialized
for Ada texts. It was developed by Jon F. Hueras for Multics, using
the Cii Honeywell Bull photocomposition system."

AFAIK, any existing Ada 83 RM versions in Postscript are
proprietary, but one can probably be generated from the Scribe version
with the proper tools.
