Richard Volz' Comment About the DSA at TRI-Ada

At last week's TRI-Ada, Richard Volz (one of the invited speakers) made the
comment during his presentation that he had found an error in the
Distributed Systems Annex, and had brought it to Tucker Taft's attention.

Does anyone have any info about the error to which he was referring?

Not so much a bug, as an unnecessary limitation.
The relevant paragraph is E.2.2(8):

    ... Such a type shall be ... a general access type that
    designates a class-wide limited private type.

For flexibility, T'Class should be allowed provided T is a private 
extension of a private extension ... of a limited private type.
