Thanks to David Botton, www.adapower.com/reuse now includes a small
program to find the precision of Ada.Calendar.Clock, the duration
of small "delay"s, etc. It should run on any Ada standard compiler
on any platform. (And special thanks to David for the title "Time
the Clock" :)
