I was about to respond to this by e-mail, but there's no valid e-mail
address in your article's headers.  Since this is probably of general
interest, I'll post to the newsgroup.

There's a document called "chg83" which is extracted from the annotated
reference manual.  The Postscript version is about 100 pages long (but
don't panic, it goes into a lot of nit-picking detail).
 
It's available in compressed or uncompressed ASCII or Postscript.

Another useful document is the Compatibility Guide, available at

It's not a complete list of changes, but a list of upward 
incompatibilities between Ada 83 and Ada 95.
