If it meets my needs, including:

	not being "Unix-like"
	allowing use of DECnet rather than IP
	Bell-Lapadula mandatory access controls with Biba extensions

By the way, I don't have much money to contribute, and the other folks
who are similarly situated have vastly different requirements.
