Where to get printed copy of RM

I know how to get the RM as a PostScript file and I have access to PostScript
printers, but it would be fairly expensive to print out the RM, and the only
PS printers to which I have access print single sided only.  I am wondering
where I can get a printed copy of the RM, and how much it costs, so I can
decide whether to print it single-sided locally or buy it pre-printed.

Sam and others;

  Send email to keeneyr@plk.af.mil. Ms. Robin Keeney at the AJPO (that's her
address BTW) tells me that the approved standard is being mailed out as I
write. One or two of my co-workers got their copies within the last few days.
Their last names started with 'A' so I assume the mailing list database was
printed in alphabetical order. As far as I know, copies are free.
