Actually, Dave, you forgot about the two most recent projects...bringing
the total to five projects and one study group. The two additional
projects are P1003.5c and P1003.5d. These two projects are creating
Ada bindings to the POSIX 1003.1g project. The P1003.5c project is
creating a binding to the XTI services in 1003.1g and the P1003.5d
project is creating a binding to the sockets services in 1003.1g.

With these two additional projects, we should have a standard Ada
interface to a couple of popular network communications services.
In fact, both of these projects could use your assistance. If you
would be interested in helping to develop the standards, participating
in the ballot process, or you have bindings that we use as a "base"
document to work from, please drop me a line or give me a call at work
(612-921-6206).

Steve Case
P1003.1g Vice Chair
