Yes and no ;-).
ISO has the camera-ready copy (as of Dec. 1), and has approved it
for publication, but because of their own administrative procedures,
prefers to makes its publication date Jan. 1, 1995 rather than
Dec. 30, 1994.  So we might as well get used to calling it Ada '95.

After the fact, it is easy to see whay Ada '95 is preferable to Ada '94.
Imagine the year is now 1996.  Clearly Ada '95 will sound more modern
than Ada '94.  So we really have the best of both worlds -- we have
a standard that is finalized in 1994, but with a date that will make it
sound a year more modern from now on...

Congratulations accepted anyway!  Bob Duff of the Ada 9X Mapping/Revision
Team and Bob Mathis of WG9 and ARA fame (someday? ;-) deserve the 
credit for the last minute efforts.
