Perodically "snapshots" are taken of the GCC repository and available via
ftp or http.  It's not as up-to-date as getting it directly from CVS, but it
is somewhat easier (if you're not set up for CVS).

There was one made available Dec 31st.

How do you wrap a copy of the entire GCC 3.1 from CVS in one shot without
