The IEEE P1226 standards group (The Ada-Based Environment for Test) is
curently defining standard interfaces to IEEE-488, 802.3, VXI etc as well as
other Ada interfaces (including Ada interfaces to object-oriented information
defined in EXPRESS). The point of contact for the bus interface effort is:
