Yes and no. It is perfectly reasonable to limit the solution to one or more
environments. "more" need not mean "all".

Anybody wanting to write a killer Ada application should read Alan Cooper's
"The Inmates Are Running The Asylum". You don't have to agree with
everything, just understand what he is saying.
