Do you have any evidence for these claims (which, by the way, are primarily
to do with  failures of management to control the development process, and
little or nothing to do with the SPARK language)? Do you have personal
experience and inside knowledge of IFACTS development? If so, you should say
what it is if you want to be taken seriously.
