Is there a place I could find the x86_32 counterpart for this rpm?

I suggest you try and download a copy from libre.adacore.com
It uses gcc-4.1x but it is self contain and does not interfer with
other gcc compilers packages on SuSE 10.2. Once installed, your
up and running.

Well I never created one. Creating a 32bit cross compiler on a 64 bit
system is not all that easy. In fact any cross compiler is not that easy.
If I needed a 32 bit version I would save some quality time and install
a full 32bit SuSE inside a VMWare session.
