The following have been posted to the GNAT for MacOS X website

Additionally there are updates to XFree86-4.2 that are needed to support
OpenGL using gtk+.
There are now initial MacOS Carbon API bindings available for those who wish
to develop apps that use the native MacOS window manager (versus X11). The
bindings are very preliminary and are not complete. We, of course, will
accept any volunteers to test the bindings with their own code or port Apple
sample code suites to the new bindings.
There is a mailing list which should be used to support questions specific
to the ports listed above. Access to the list is available at the website.
