I tried to use LoadLibrary in the following example:
cdt_Str : constant String := "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\CARDS.DLL" &
Character'First;
DLL : Hinstance;
....
DLL := LoadLIbrary (cdt_Str);
but this only returned 0, which I assume is no good.
Any suggestions?
