I downloaded Dev-C++ and it looks really like Windows. But on
http://www.bloodshed.net/devcpp.html
the author tells something about Delphi sources.
The note on
http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=74195
talks about different code for Windows and Linux versions. So I suppose the
Linux version uses GTK+. The Windows version obviously does not.
