The 's' is not a typo, I just wanted to mean "the directory containing the source files"(whose name is "Sources").
If instead of GPS I invoke directly gnatmake:
gnatmake -PRTS3-GW rts3_gw.adb I obtain also "file gw-source_files.txt not found".
Same thing if I suppress the external parentheses.
So the problem should be with the project file...
