Ummm.  APL, PL/PGSQL, CLAIRE, ML (and so OCaml, JoCaml), ...

Polyadic valued functions are actually fairly common programming
features, I found one reference proposing installing them in Java, and
the Java Enumeration is vaguely such a beast already.
