Reliability of INFO-ADA@VM1.NODAK.EDU

    Lately my perception is that the listserver at VM1.NODAK.EDU is
    not doing a very good job of getting the complete newsgroup
    postings out. Moreso than may be usual. Almost as if half the
    content is getting dropped on the floor. Does anybody know if
    there are problems with this system? Is there another listserver
    that may be doing a better job to which I could subscribe?

    From where I sit, newsreaders such as Netscape are not available
    (or at least, they're crippled by various security measures.) So a
    listserver is my only practical alternative at the moment. Any
    help would be appreciated. Thanks.
