I'd spend some time looking at the SMG system calls available on
DEC VAX/VMS. Some constants are defined in the "STARLET" package.
The rest should be found in the package "SMG". Both of these are
provided by the ACS compilation system and are the usual means by
which you can manipulate ANSI terminals. I'm not sure how much
ANSI graphics support they provide - maybe someone else can fill
you in???
