Sun has recently provided an upgrade to SunAda 1.1. This new
upgrade is SunAda 2.0. SunAda 2.0 is only being released on
Solaris 2.x. Sun does not intend to provide any later releases
than SunAda 1.1 on SunOS 4.1.x.
We have recently found a problem that exists in SunAda 1.1 and
would like to have it fixed on SunOS 4.1.x because we are not in
the position of being able to migrate to Solaris for a few months
at best. We are being told by Sun that there will be no more
releases on 4.1.x and that we should go to SunAda 2.0 (and thus
Solaris 2.x).
We would like to know if we are the only ones wishing to see a
new release of SunAda for SunOS 4.1.x. Is there anyone else out
there?
