That's what ABET (Ada based Environment for Test) did.  It will
"soon" be an IEEE standard.  It is interesting reading.  There
are units that I never knew existed.

The bad news: The ABET committee is not connected to internet
although many individual members are. Also the IEEE copyrights
their standards and it is probably illegal for me to e-mail
or post a copy. I don't know how they will handle the use of
the Ada packages when they are copyrighted.  Maybe they will
allow there use with credit to IEEE or something like that.
It all seems bizarre to me and makes me embarassed to be a
card carrying IEEE member.  Maybe they are also embarassed
by me being a member :-)
