The reason that the Ada95 RM changed from ALL UPPER
CASE to Mixed Case for identifiers, had nothing to
do with a judgment as to which was better (a case
can me made for either convention), but rather just
a reflection that in our experience the Mixed_Case
convention was the most common one, so we might as
well adopt as familiar as possible a syle of writing
the examples.
