It is perhaps useful to note that you can NOT replace the
above by

>    S200_Message : aliased constant String (1 .. 2) := "OK";

and also the following won't work:

>    S200_Message : aliased String (1 .. 2);

with the intention of filling in the value later. It is the
latter case that always surprises people.
