I believe that there was a conversation on this BB regarding
configuration management. Lately the following have drawn attention.
1. Man gets wrong heart, needs second transplant to correct error.
2. Ground test software accidently loaded instead of flight software
in Aries rocket. It was destroyed shortly after launch.
3. 2nd software error found in Aries. There was a polarity error
in the booster's guidance commands.
When comparing language X to Ada please include the fact that Ada
includes a library management system. It stops many problems
at the source (no pun intended).
