abstract of a paper or submission for a panel
that they are due with the Track Chairs or
me, the Programme Chair by 1st. March 1991.

If you have not decided to submit an abstract
then think about the skills and
experiences you can share with others
and get an abstract submitted, but
DO IT NOW!
