Well, GCC 2.95.2 is available for the 68HC11 and 68HC12
(http://home.worldnet.fr/~stcarrez/m68hc11_port.html) and I think
Stephane was interested in Ada at one point, so maybe there's some
hope after GNAT gets happy with the newer GCC.

Some of us at work are helping one of the local high schools
with an Electrathon electric car project
(http://www.kenn.cr.k12.ia.us/technology/index.htm) and I'd love
to try Ada on the HC11 or HC16. It'd be interesting to see how
the students would take to Ada rather than BASIC-11.
