If anyone has used aflex/ayacc to produce a parser in Ada and could tell me
where I could find a good online tutorial to supplenment the user's manual I
would really appreciate it.

If its using the lex/yacc languages themselves that you want to learn
about, then you could just do a quick web search on "lex tutorial" and
"yacc tutorial".

I used it for 2 really big projects and it worked.
I've not used any tutorials but the 2 user manuals and the examples 
they include. I recommend,  to study them carefully and make a few trials.

Btw, some theory of of computer science is necessary to understand it.
