Everything under the http://wuarchive.wustl.edu/languages/ada/ajpo
directory seems to have disappeared as of 2000-04-18.
ftp://ftp.freesoftware.com/pub/languages/ada/ajpo/ is empty too!
I found it at:
ftp://ftp.freesoftware.com/pub/ase/ase01_06/docs/95style/html/cover.html
