AdaPower has got a rock solid connection (FreeBSD machine connected to four
fiber optic D3s from different backbones), if you can't ping it chances are
you have the problem :-)

As I'm behind a firewall that only allows port 80 access and is
maintained by another group 3K miles away, I can't ping anything. So
your rule may or may not be a good one :-).
But I had no problem reaching AdaPower from home, so there does seem to
be a problem on this side. I'll fill out a problem report with the poor
schleps here who are supposed to be taking care of our web access.
