Clearly you have never read either standard. The claim that
ANSI C has a strict code writing standard is one of the more
amusing fantasy's to appear on this newsgroup in some time :-)
My guess is that you have mistaken some local coding convention
for C with the ANSI standard, which is quite a confusion!
