Well, if this feature actually *were* added (ha), it should probably
be allowed on any discrete subtype. Using it on a subrange wouldn't
gain you much:
subtype T is Integer range 1 .. 100;
type T_Array is array (natural range <>) of T;
X : T_Array (1..100) := (others => T'Arbitrary_Value);
A compiler would most likely just generate the same code as (others =>
T'First). But it still would be useful to have this available in case
T is a generic formal type.
