Yes, fellow Ada zealots and skeptics - you asked for it; you can get it!

Wednesday night, 25 October, on stage at the David Lawrence
Convention Centre in Pittsburgh PA, we will be presenting
an encore presentation of Ada Follies! The show is newer and better
than ever - and may even have a few surprises for you! There is no
charge for attending this wonderful, one-time event. And, yes,
also by popular demand, we will be TAPING THE SHOW! (But it is
ever-so-much-more fun when viewed LIVE!)

The following is the "official" Press Release for the show.

This year, the Follies will take advantage of it being Ada's
10-year anniversary, with the theme of "That was the Decade that
Was!" As some of us remember, 1979 was the notable year when
the name "Ada" was selected as the name for the DoD standard
programming language; it was the year that Green was designated
the winner of the language design competition; it was the year
that the ACVC effort started; it was the year that was!

Our show will be graced with cameo appearances by many of the
original players in the policy and implementation fields, as
well as the usual talented crew of players. There will be
new skits, new commercials, new songs - so be sure to come
   and enjoy the show!

This show will be presented as an adjunct to the TRI-Ada '89 Conference
and Exhibition to be held all during that week (announcements about
which have already appeared on this bulletin board).
