Adminstrative: uptime, downtime, servers, etc.

Now that things seem to have settled down - I've gotten married, spent two
weeks in Europe (Hiya Horst!), finished my book, bought a house, and the
AJPO host has been resuscitated after a weeks outage thanks to water
problems at the SEI, (whew!) and before my work on Ada 9X starts up full
time, I hope to:

1) update the mailing list - if you've sent in a change, I just got a whole
   slew of them to do.

2) upload the latest dhrystone benchmark (described in July/August Ada
   Letters) that I just received from Dr. Weicker this week.

3) upload the AWEB documentation software (mentioned also in the July/August
   Ada Letters), that has been sitting languishing for me to unpack it and
   test it out to see if it is all there.

4) complete a mail server to provide access to some of this material for
   those who are unable to obtain it otherwise.
