Last spring I posted to INFO-ADA the delivery request instructions for
the ALS/N CAB. I presume that as a result of that posting, and the subsequent
cross-posting to comp.lang.ada on USENEWS, several foreign organizations
requested the ALS/N CAB. This apparently has caused some problems within the
Navy. The powers that be have apparently decided that foreign users must
go through the commercial owner of the system, SofTech. At the Navy's
request, I am posting under separate mailer the Updated ALS/N CAB Delivery
Instructions.
I appologize for any inconvenience that my earlier posting may have caused.
