I received the following announcement today:

Sub:  ALS/N PUBLIC REVIEW


1.   An Ada Language System / Navy (ALS/N) Public Review will be held at FCDSSA 
San Diego, 21 September, 1988, to announce the initial release of the ALS/N to 
the public and government agencies.  This review will consist of presentations 
by the Navy sponsor and the developing contractors covering program status, 
technical overviews, and demonstrations of the ALS/N Build 1 products and 
information for obtaining this release.


2.   This Public Review is not classified.  However, a visit request must be on 
file at FCDSSA San Diego for all attendees not having a previously issued 
FCDSSA badge.  Please send your requests to:

3.   For questions regarding visit requests, contact the Visit Control Office

coordinator, Mr Lloyd Stiles, 553-9445.  It is requested that each activity, 
contractor, company, or individual planning to attend respond to this 
announcement with a written visit request or a telephone call to the meeting 
coordinator providing the number of people planning to attend.

On the day of the meeting -- for visitors without badges
 
1.  Check in at the FCTCPAC Quarterdeck for a badge and car pass.

2.  Drive around Bldg 24, past Bldgs 50 and 56

3.  Parking is above Bldg 60 (FCDSSA);  parking adjacent to Bldg 60 is mostly
    reserved.

4.  The review will be in the auditorium, room 330/347, to the left of the
    center entrance.
