Using DEC VAX Ada V1.3-24 the wakeup program seemed to work
just fine. Task A ran almost exactly every five seconds. The
following is the output (with all the TASK B lines removed).

********TASK A HERE 41788.1300
********TASK A HERE 41793.1400
********TASK A HERE 41798.1600
********TASK A HERE 41803.1700
