I don't know what platform you develop on but Debian is your friend :)
and Nicolas Boulenguez made sure it is as easy as possible for you to
use ncurses in your programs:
aptitude install libncursesada2-dev
then look in the file /usr/share/ada/adainclude/ncursesada.gpr.
