Bah, that article was useless imho.  It says C++ is less strongly typed
than Ada in some regards but that you can do some type parametrization
using templates, in ways unsupported or not usually done in Ada.  I had
thought Ada generics supported that to some extent, but maybe I'm wrong.
The article doesn't discuss the issue.

I think everyone knows C++ is a hot mess either way, so comparisons on
these narrow issues aren't very useful.
