This sounds like a bug I fixed in gprbuild (=2011-2):

If you use gprbuild from the Mint repositories and the version of
gprbuild is earlier than 2011-2, this might be the problem.  Upgrading
to 2011-2 or the latest, 2011-3, will solve that problem.
