file size

I am getting an error when i compile that seems to disagree with the
size of the file.  This particular file is extremely large and so i
figured i would divide it into two and then put something like this at
the top to allow the two files to share

original file:
use new_package;

new file:
use old_package;

is this going to work??

Circular dependicies are always problematic. You might want to use
subunits instead (see ARM 10.1.3).
