Did you ever test GTK+ programs on Windows? GTK+ apps compiled on Win does
have Windows look'n'feel. Try http://sourceforge.net/projects/dev-cpp/ for a
software which GUI is written with GTK+ and have a Windows look'n'feel on
Windows.
In fact the GTK+ for Windows is based on the Windows-API, not X11-libs.
