This argument is not valid because Ada does not provide type safety,
even in the absence of pointers, pragmas, representation clauses, or
use of library facilities.
I think it's difficult to dismiss Rust's type system and claim that
Ada's approach is superior. The arguments will look a lot like those
that programmers who prefer C to Ada bring forward.
